CBS Outdoor gives Boyman digital job

CBS Outdoor has hired Russell Boyman as head of digital trading in a bid to realise the full potential of its digital offerings.

Boyman, who takes up a newly created position within the company's dedicated digital division Alive, will be targeting advertisers who historically use broadcast media by promoting the advantages of digital's immediacy and flexibility.

CBS, which owns the rights to advertising on London Underground, already offers digital escalator panels at a handful of tube stations and is preparing to roll out its Cross Track concept in which moving images are beamed across the track on train platforms.
