
The hospitality and event agent was selected by Lee Valley Regional Park Authority as one of its preferred suppliers to offer businesses and individuals the opportunity to cycle within the London 2012 Olympics track cycling venue, part of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Last month, to Lee Valley VeloPark and would be creating corporate track cycling days as part of its remit.
Cavendish will host a number of cycling experiences, which will include either exclusive half or day-long use of the track for larger numbers, as well as one or two-hour exclusive sessions on the track for smaller groups of between ten and 16 people.
Jim Bignal, chairman of The Cavendish Group, said: "Over the past 18 months, many of our clients have asked us about the opportunities available at Lee Valley VeloPark’s Velodrome. Now we are able to offer them a truly unique opportunity to ride this iconic track on an exclusive basis with a range of time options from a one-hour exclusive use of the track, for smaller groups, to half and one-day usage."
On certain days, Cavendish will also be able to offer the VeloPark’s 9km mountain bike trail, the Olympic BMX track and the 1.6km floodlit road circuit on an exclusive basis.
