Carlsberg aren't football agents ..

'Carlsberg aren't football agents, but if they were, they'd probably be the best football agents in the world', is the idea behind the third spot in the 'World According to Carlsberg' TV campaign, breaking on May 29. Saatchi & Saatchi's 'Football agent' follows a day in the life of an Sunday league player who lives like a Premiership star, thanks to his Carlsberg 'agent'. He drives a Ferrari, advertises sunglasses, has a mansion and a yacht and earns £100,000 a week. When he makes it home, avoiding the paparazzi, a butler pours him an ice-cold Carlsberg while two beautiful girls look on. The ad ends with the butler, who turns out to be former Scotland and Liverpool player and current BBC pundit Alan Hansen, cleaning the hero's muddy boots. Media is by Zenith.
