The7stars won the business following a pitch against two other undisclosed agencies. The CTO did not previously have a retained media agency.
The organisation will launch a print and online ad campaign in The Daily Telegraph, handled by The7stars, on 17th April.
Carol Hay, CTO’s marketing director for the UK and Europe, said: "With the holiday season fast approaching and the improving economic situation, we needed an agency that understood the travel market and could work quickly and effectively in this space.
"The7stars knows the travel sector inside out and we know we're in safe hands with their appointment."
The move follows The7stars' appointment to the Phones4u's £10m media buying account in January this year.
Both agencies launched a media agency called Eden to handle the Phones4u account, with The7stars holding Phones4u’s buying duties and Adam & Eve assigned to planning.
The CTO is primarily involved in the promotion and marketing of Caribbean tourist destinations in North America and Europe.
