Aimee Welstead has been hired as business director of Billington Cartmell's direct marketing division. She was formerly associate director at Black Cat. Her move follows the hiring of Adam Segura, former dunnhumbycinnamon founding partner, as head of Billington Cartmell's direct marketing arm in August.
