Guinness UDV has reappointed Carat to its £65m planning and buying account after asking the agency to take part in a non-competitive review.
The group, whose brands include Bailey's and Smirnoff, has decided to retain the agency, which has handled the business for the past four years.
A media review was expected when the company appointed Kester Fielding as new head of media procurement last year.
Guinness UDV client director at Carat, Dan Benedict, said: "We look forward to further consolidating the positions of the Guinness UDV portfolio."
