Carat promotes Craze, Mills and Jones

- Carat has promoted its client services director, Colin Mills, to the post of managing director, as its previous MD, Mark Craze, takes on the new title of chief executive.

- Carat has promoted its client services director, Colin Mills, to the post of managing director, as its previous MD, Mark Craze, takes on the new title of chief executive.

Neil Jones, a board director with client responsibility for Abbey National, Philips, Burger King and Dell, takes over from Mills as client services director.

Ray Kelly, the chairman and chief executive of the Carat group in the UK, said: "We have an expanding group with a very strong management team and it is always rewarding to be able to promote from within."
