Capscan is to unveil the new service, Capscan OnDemand, at the International Direct Marketing Fair in May.
It says that the service will be useful for business of any size and will give customers the latest address data from the Royal Mail's PAF file of 27m UK address, as well as international address from 14 European countries.
Capscan OnDemand can also enhance address data by providing lifestyle and business-to-business information, and link customers from other databases to improve the effectiveness of sales leads follow-up and direct marketing targeting.
Terry Hiles, managing director of Capscan, said: "The pay-per-search model gets around the problems deriving from the costs of purchasing several international address data sets and as a result provides further benefits for international users.
"What's more, company-wide or pan-European projects that usually take considerable time and resource can now be implemented quickly and simply, at a fraction of the cost."
