Khan Consulting's founder Omar Khan will now become business development director as part of Capitalize's restructure following the acquisition.
It also means Louise Dodds from Capitalize will be promoted from associate director to client services director, which means she will be overseeing the strategic delivery of all client campaigns.
The restructure also means new roles for Ben O'Shea, Sophie More, Ross Thompson and Rupert Hains.
Richard Moore, chief executive at Capitalize, said: "Through this restructuring, which includes both internal and external appointments, we have the right people and experience in place to deliver more expansive campaigns from the initial planning stage right through to the customer at the till."The new team has received several new briefs including the global production behind Alpari’s title sponsorship activation of the Alpari World Match Racing Tour and FitFlop, which has seen the agency create a UK-wide in-store consumer engagement campaign for the specialist footwear brand.
Other clients of the agency include Bacardi-Martini, Standard Chartered Bank, Puma, The Lord’s Taverners, Ray-Ban and Merrell.
