Capital Radio has sold its local radio stations Bucks Broadcasting and Sun FM to Radio Investments.
LONDON (Brand Republic) - Capital Radio has sold its local radio stations Bucks Broadcasting and Sun FM to Radio Investments.
The group said the move was part of its strategy to focus on large stations operating in major metropolitan areas.
In a separate transaction, the group sold its 30% shareholding in Wolverhampton鈥檚 local radio station The Wolf to Forever Broadcasting on January 8. The net cash proceeds of the two deals are £9.5m.
