Friday 25 June
The Grand Prix winners from Day Five at Cannes
Cannes Lions awarded seven Grands Prix across five categories on the final day of the festival – including two from the UK.
The final set of awards bring the total number of Grands Prix won by UK agencies to 11 – five of which were won by AMV BBDO.
Other highlights included the agency, network and holding company of the festival, based on most awards.

Global inclusion census gets underway
The advertising and marketing industry’s first global diversity and inclusion census is under way, running from 21 June to 2 July. The World Federation of Advertisers is organising the census, which is supported by VoxComm and EACA, representing agencies, ±±¾©Èü³µpk10, Kantar, Cannes Lions, Advertising Week and The Effies. The start of the census coincides with Cannes Lions.
Thursday 17 June
Cannes Lions entry numbers fell 6% on 2019 as the focus shifted to short-term Covid-era work. This year's event spans two years' work, following its cancellation during the Covid-19 crisis last year. In total, 29,074 pieces of work have been entered to the Festival of Creativity from 90 countries for the event.
Creative leaders including Wunderman Thompson's global chief creative officers Daniel Bonner and Bas Korsten shared their predictions for this year's awards.
