Zig, Toronto has created a humorous campaign for the Canadian Real Estate Association to promote how realtors can help in the purchase of a property. In "trainer", a couple are shown sitting in their lawyer's office with their personal trainer acting as a realtor, as a voiceover says "why use a realtor to buy your home, if you can hire a personal trainer?". The personal trainer Nick is sitting in between the pair inappropriately dressed in his gym kit. He is asked by the lawyer if he has the documents, which he fishes out, while chewing on gum, and jigging to his mobile phone ringtone. At the end the lawyer says "I'm sure Nick has made you aware of the land transfer charges?", which is met with some confusion.
