The Gatorade ad by TBWA Chiat Day tops the chart with more than 200,000 shares this week. It features the baseball star walking around New York, set to Frank Sinatra’s 'My Way’, before entering the Yankee stadium to a roar of cheers.
It is the second time an ad featuring Derek Jeter has topped the Viral Chart. In July, the Nike ad, "re2pect" by Wieden & Kennedy featured proud New Yorkers among celebs including comedian and actor Billy Crystal and film director Spike Lee, tipping their hats as a mark of respect to the retiring baseball star.
The second most shared ad this week is Budweiser’s "friends are waiting" by Anomaly US, which centres on the relationship between a man and his dog. It has also been share over 200,000 times.
Two separate ads for Samsung’s new galaxy Note 4 also feature in the chart, which is compiled by Unruly.
Ads 30-days old or older are not included in the chart.
