Applications to the scheme, which is open to people based in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, will be accepted
This year’s 23-strong judging panel includes Dino Myers-Lamptey, founder of The Barber Shop, Aoife Nicholas, global marketing programme lead at Meta, Chris Mellish, group chief executive of Unlimited, and Zharina Arnaldo, partner and global media director at Milk & Honey PR.

The scheme celebrates and recognises the achievements of people who were 40 years old or above on 20 November 2024.
Judges will be looking for entries that demonstrate loyalty, dedication, leadership or mentorship, as well as the wider contributions individuals have made to their company or the industry more broadly.
The winners will be announced on 24 June and featured online by ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 UK.
