LONDON (Brand Republic) – Camelot should find out whether it is allowed to join Sir Richard Branson in a bid for the next lottery licence today, after it appealed against the Lottery Commission’s decision to dismiss its bid and enter talks solely with Sir Richard.
Camelot is seeking an injunction preventing a new licence being granted until it has had a chance to negotiate with the lottery regulator.
It says the problems concerning G-Tech, the company which runs its software and terminals, could be solved. (BBC Online)
