Café de Paris is ideally suited for exclusive private hire throughout the London 2012 Olympic period. The space features the stunning central ballroom along with 3 private rooms and full cloakroom and kitchen facilities on site. Total standing capacity of the venue is 715 and sit down dinners can be hosted for up to 260. Conference/meeting capacity would be 180 as a comfortable maximum.

Cafe de Paris are pleased to offer their in house catering team to cater your event either from one of our extensive menus or a bespoke menu to your taste and budget. Each dish is freshly prepared on site and our experienced catering team are accomplished in presenting everything from stand up canapé receptions, fun bowl food options to seated formal dinners.
The bar can be managed to suit the event and we have various drinks packages to offer including Champagne or cocktail receptions.
Included within your private hire is the full use of Café de Paris’s state of the art sound and light system, along with the technical support to operate it. We can also help you to source additional entertainment, AV support, bands, artists and DJ’s.
The venue can also be hired on a dry hire basis if required/preferred.
Café de Paris is licensed until 3.00am.
The venue is available for exclusive corporate hire, day or night throughout the London 2012 Olympic period.
