The product offers a range of tools for spatial and location planning, consumer analysis and territorial planning, all of which can be accessed from any location with an internet connection.
CACI claims that InSite Online will support the decision-making process for those involved in generating regional market reports and the geographic provision of services and resources.
Users are given a secure password, which allows them to access the system while on the move, allowing for home working or hot desking. It also means that anyone can download reports as and when they are needed, rather than being limited to the office.
InSite can also be used to display market share and customer penetration, identify hotspots of potential new customers, identify changes in lifestyle and customer purchasing patterns, cross-sell products to target consumers and target local advertising and direct marketing campaigns.
Ian Thurman, vice-president of location planning at CACI, said: "InSite is a simple to use and highly flexible analysis tool. There is no compromise in quality with the online version, so users are still working with the same market-leading product."
