Channel 5 has secured a joint broadcast sponsorship deal for coverage of the Uefa Under-21 Championship, which starts today (Thursday).
FIFA World Cup sponsor Budweiser and the England team's official sponsor Nationwide will share the broadcast sponsorship, which runs for the duration of the tournament.
Each of the sponsors will receive equal exposure, including the opening credits, break bumpers and end credits.
C5 fought off competition from Sky to win the broadcast rights to the tournament. All of England's three group matches will be shown live.
