The new-look title, which goes on sale today (23 April), will focus on appealing to readers feeling the economic pinch by publishing a weekly 12-page pullout "Beat the credit crunch" section as part of the redesign.
Burda said the magazine will be a "bigger, bolder and brighter magazine", which is also "more reader friendly".
The magazine, which competes against IPC's Chat and The National Magazine Company's Real People, features a mix of competitions, puzzles and real-life stories.
Dave Claridge, the magazine's editor, said Full House! was now more relevant "for those troubled times".
Full House!, which has been published for the past four years, has seen its circulation fall from more than 235,000 in 2005 to 125,483 between July and December 2008, according to ABC figures.
Burda's UK operations, Hubert Burda Media UK, also publishes Love It!, Your Home and Health & Fitness.
