The £1m in funding is being directed into an initiative called "Budweiser Club Futures", which will be split into various grants.
Sixteen grants of £50,000 will be awarded to non-league clubs across English football during the next two years.
Eight grants will be available during the 2012/2013 season. A further eight grants will be made available in the 2013/14 season.
Within each season, one of the chosen eight clubs will win an additional £100,000 "super grant", voted for by football fans through the official FA Cup and Budweiser UK Facebook pages.
The grants can be used for a number of purposes, such as making them more financially sustainable or improving any part of their general facilities.
The chosen clubs will also be given funding and support to run community-bases Responsible Drinking programmes. All in all the investment amounts to around £1m.
Clubs can apply for the grants via the FA website from August 22.
Iain Newell, Budweiser European marketing director, said: "We know the importance of non-league clubs to the future of the beautiful games and to local communities."
Budweiser replaced E.ON as title sponsor of the FA Cup. The utilities company resigned its sponsorship in 2009.
