Bubble London records 15% rise in attendance: pictures

Bubble London, the children's trade show which took place at the Business Design Centre for the first time last weekend, has reported a rise of 15% in visitors on its January 2009 event at London Olympia.

Over two days, (up 21% from previous season), and boasted visitors from fifteen countries, making up 12% of the total number of visitors.

The fifth show will take place at the Business Design Centre from 31 January to 1 February 2010.

"There was a really strong feeling this season that the move to the Business Design Centre had enabled us to move the Bubble London onto a new level. We have had numerous enquiries from exciting new labels wanting to take part in the January edition," said Bubble London event director Lindsay Hoyes.

Kids' retailers at the show included department stores Fenwick, John Lewis, Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Bon Marche, as well as a raft of independents including Elias and Grace, Couverture and Felix and Lilys.
