
Reynolds, who stars in Deadpool, the highest grossing film of 2016 so far, follows in the footsteps of Willem Defoe, Ewan McGregor, Rebel Wilson and Gareth Bale by appearing in the spoof ads that purport to show viewers a snapshot of the advertising production process.
In the new spot, ‘Faster’, Reynolds is shown speeding up to a glass fronted house in a luxury car, which comes to a sudden stop.
"Watch me stunt roll out of a car in the next ad for BT Infinity’s ‘faster’ Broadband," he then says.
Debuting on TV tomorrow (15 April), the ad will be supported by digital and social activity.
"We hope viewers enjoy watching Ryan showing just how fast BT Infinity is in our latest "Behind the Scenes" advert," said BT Consumer marketing director Dan Ramsay. "We understand that speed really matters to our customers and wanted to reflect this in an amusing and entertaining way.
