It will be the first time the 177m telecommunications tower has been used for such an event.
Selected members of the press and BT customers will be invited to an introductory Q&A session with Jackman and the film’s director Shawn Levy before watching the movie.
The event is part of a wider promotional campaign being led by BT and Disneymedia+ and will take in ten nationwide preview screenings.
BT will promote the events across all its communications channels including a Real Steel branded area on BT Vision, on-air spots across all BT Vision and digital platforms, and social media channels.
BT Vision head of film Jacob Ahlin said: "BT Vision is all about bringing fantastic entertainment to our customers and this partnership enables us to offer our customers exclusive Real Steel access and content."
The Walt Disney Company UK & Ireland commercial director Bobi Carley added: "The high-tech synergy between the BT brand and Real Steel, combined with the iconic backdrop of the BT Tower, has given us great scope to create a unique and creative campaign, spanning multiple platforms, and reaching a broad audience."
The BT Tower was closed to the public in 1981, but it still continues to be used for corporate events.
