The company has reappointed sports marketing agency Fast Track to activate its sponsorship, as part of BT’s wider investment in British sport.

BT recently launched its 2012 Cultural Olympiad project in partnership with the National Portrait Gallery, beginning with an exhibition called ‘Road to 2012: Setting Out’. It is also using images of athletes on its new Phone Books, which are distributed to 27m households annually.

BT will provide telecoms connections at 94 Olympic venues, along with 16,500 telephones and 14,000 mobile phone SIM cards.
