The new IPTV service will be unveiled as well as details of how to get it, how much it costs, what content will be available and also the brand identity that BT has developed for the launch.
The service will be available for consumers from this date, although the initial marketing push is expected to focus on supplying BT Vision boxes to BT Broadband customers.
BT has signed a variety of content deals this year for the service with MTV, Paramount, Nickelodeon, Endemol, DreamWorks and Emap. Premier League football will be available from August next year in a deal that will offer fans games on a pay-per-view basis.
