The widely admired adman announced he’s , just days before the Cabinet Office is expected to unveil yet another strategic direction for the COI.
"He’d be well within his rights to feel bruised, battered and disillusioned," admits one of his former COI staff. "He led from the front during a time when no one knew where we were going."
