The original granite racing track will run into the reception of the four-star hotel hotel, which features eight event rooms.
It will also feature an outside space and floor to ceiling windows with views over the Mercedes Benz track.
Meetings and conferences will also be catered for with facilities including flip charts, plasma screens, projectors.
The hotel will house 120 bedrooms, with complimentary wi-fi throughout and "huge super suites" with views over the track, offices and some with their own meeting space.
Gym and sauna facilities will also be present.
Event is also informed that the ex-general manager of the Soho House group will handle the venue's catering.
