Brooke-Taylor quits TBWA for MCBD

LONDON - Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy has poached TBWA\London’s Danny Brooke-Taylor to be its creative director.

Reporting directly to Paul Briginshaw and Malcolm Duffy, who will now take the titles of executive creative directors, Brooke-Taylor will handle the day-to-day running of the agency's creative department.

He will also work closely with the creative teams at MCBD's Cossette-owned sister companies, Elvis and Dare.

Duffy said: "Danny comes with a strong reputation for such a young creative director. He's done some excellent work, particularly for the likes of Playstation and Adidas. He's also great with people and has a strong grasp of the strategic demands of the role."

Brooke-Taylor has been at TBWA\London for three years and joined the agency from TBWA\Manchester, where he was the agency's creative director.

In 2005, following the departure of Trevor Beattie to found Beattie McGuinness Bungay, he became the joint creative director, along with Tony McTear.

McTear resigned in June this year and later joined Fallon, after TBWA hired Steve Henry from United London as executive creative director, and handed him responsibility for the agency's creative department.
