Tenon Debt Solutions provides personal debt management services such as bankruptcy advice and individual voluntary arrangements.
Duncan Soutar, head of interactive at Brilliant, said the win was an endorsement of the firm's integrated approach to online marketing.
In September, Louise McKee, a new business director at Brilliant, left the company and her duties were taken on by Manchester managing director Chris Broadbent.
