Brightcove will open a London office this month, muscling in on the increasingly competitive online video market.
Since being established in 2004, Brightcove has built a client list that includes BSkyB, The New York Times, Dow Jones, TV Networks and, as of last month (June), Fox Entertainment Group.
Last week, Media Week revealed that French company Kewego had established a UK presence and signed its first UK deal with Ministry of Sound. Competitors Roo and Videoegg have also been brokering deals with media owners.
