In a deal with the Ministry of Sound's travel division, Clubber's Guide Ibiza Trips, the Lynx Class service will provide a unique programme of in-flight entertainment, including Lynx advertiser-funded programmes as well as free product samples for travellers.
The service is part of the Lynx brand's diversification into leisure.
Unilever decided to expand the brand beyond deodorant and haircare five years ago by backing the Fantasia event in Manchester, and launched the first of several branded events the following year with Lynx Location Apollo.
Lynx Extended Play starts in a private villa in the Ibizan hills on August 9 and runs to the end of September. The 'Extended Play' theme supports Lynx's marketing strategy for its recently unveiled longer-lasting formula.
Visitors to the event will stay in Morroccan tents in the villa's grounds, surrounded by pools, dance floors, and sun terraces. They will be entertained by top DJs and artists throughout the eight-week party.
