BRANDING BRIEFS: Sony Ericsson creates unbranded web site

Sony Ericsson has created an unbranded web site, www.dont-go-online-here.com, which targets laptop-using business travellers and mobile executives with a so-called 'netiquette' feature on how to behave when surfing, a techno quiz and the best and worst places to go online. It is also advertising on TV screens on the Heathrow Express showing scenes of people going online with disastrous results. The campaign promotes its GC75 PC card modem, which slides into a laptop to facilitate fast access to e-mails, the internet and corporate networks.
