Lloyds TSB is launching a commercial finance brand, Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance, which will enable it to offer asset-based lending. This follows the amalgamation of four Lloyds TSB business offerings. Brand consultancy Target created the identity and promotional campaign. Lloyds TSB is spending £1m to back the launch.
