Describe yourself in three words.
Enthusiastic, organised, creative.

What would you be if you weren't a brand manager?
I studied music management and I've always fancied organising festivals. So, I'd most likely be thigh-deep in mud, listening to my iPod.

How would you define marketing?
I'd say a brand is a company's reason for being - so marketing is basically ensuring that you keep the company alive.

What attracted you to your current job?
The chance to work on a well-established brand. Getting to work closely with the London 2012 Olympics sponsorship
was the icing on the cake.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I look after all internal brand promotion, which means that I'm able to see instant reactions to my work from colleagues.

What is your media diet?
I live online. I read various newspaper websites and also Heat and Closer, as well as my daily fix of NME.

Who is your dream boss?
I would love to work for Sir Richard Branson. He just has so many creative ideas.

What advice would you give someone starting their marketing career today?
Be creative and always keep up-to-date with new technology. Try to experience a variety of different media, product sectors and audiences to become as well-rounded as you can be.

Do you have any hobbies?
I spin poi - which leaves most people staring at me blankly when I mention it. It's basically throwing fire around on the end of chains. It's great fun and a good workout for the arms.

What have been your best and worst freebies?
The best was tickets to see one of my fave bands, MGMT. I was ecstatic because it had sold out. My worst was a hamper of meat - I'm vegetarian, so it didn't go down very well.

If you were a brand, what would it be?
Mini. I'm small, but slightly sturdy with big headlamps - and always up for an adventure.

What is your favourite campaign or slogan?
Anything by Honda always blows my mind - I remember standing with my jaw on the floor the first time I saw the parachute-jump ad.
