The plans follow a successful 2014, where the agency reported a 163% increase in turnover from £4.3m to £11.3m.
For the 12 month period to June 2014, the agency maintained a 30% increase in gross profit year-on-year.
The results can be partly attributed to the launch of the agency’s licensing department.
Ben Gallop, managing director of Brand & Deliver, said that as the agency approaches the end of its financial year, "the promotions division is looking at a 70% increase in turnover. Events is likely to set a new record off the back of a new contract with Three.
"Our success comes from treating each internal department as a separate small business that competes internally with the others, while creating a seamless integrated offering to our clients.
"The design studio, video team, promotions team, licensing team, partnership team and the experiential team take personal pride and responsibility for their specialism to excel in its own right. That makes the collective 'whole' so much stronger."
