BLM Red secures accounts worth £2m

BLM Red, the retail and luxury arm of independent agency BLM, has won two accounts worth an estimated total of £2m, both without a pitch.

The specialist division will handle media planning and buying for Spanish fashion retail brand Hoss Intropia, ahead of the opening of a second retail outlet in Sloane Street, south-west London, in October.

Hoss already has a store on Regent Street and is available nationwide through select independent retailers, as well as online via Net a Porter.

A media campaign for the "thinking woman's brand" will run in upmarket glossy magazines, fronted by Royal Ballet star Tamara Rojo.

BLM Red has also picked up the media account for Dubai Tourism, the principal tourism authority in the Emirates region.

It plans to develop advertorials for Conde Nast titles Tatler, Vanity Fair and Conde Nast Traveller, highlighting Dubai's shopping malls, spas and luxury hotels, again targeting upmarket women.
