The show, Soccernet SportsCenter, launches tomorrow (Wednesday) and will feature three minutes of football video news from around the world.
Bingham, who is also a host for ESPN's TV coverage, will present the daily show. He worked for Sky Sports News and the BBC before joining ESPN.
The launch of the show reflects ESPNsoccernet's increased use of online video. Recent video features include interviews with football star David Beckham and Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.
ESPN has also developed its digital services to include mobile and interactive TV in recent months, and has introduced video podcasts to its site.
ESPNsoccernet offers specific regional football news from around the globe. It claims to attract an audience of five million unique users a month.
ESPN is currently experimenting with MyESPN, a personalised service that enables users to receive aggregated news and features on up to five sports teams of their choice. The downloadable service includes the latest video footage of the specified teams.
