Forster, the social change communications specialist, and sports marketing agency Limelight, will develop a new brand identity and devise a three-year strategy for the event.
They will also jointly handle a marketing campaign. Limelight Sports will coordinate the event itself, which takes place next year in the week beginning June 14.
Bike Week began as a grass-roots organisation in 1923 and receives funding from the Department for Transport, Cycling England, and Transport for London.
The event is also supported by Cycling England, Cycling Scotland, Sustrans, the sustainable transport charity, and the cycling campaigning organisations, CTC and Cycle 北京赛车pk10 Network.
Phillip Darnton, chairman of Cycling England, said: "We know that people across the UK are already enjoying the benefits of cycling, and we want to reach new audiences with the message that cycling is good for your health and for the environment and it's a great way to get around."
Craig Dews, managing director of Limelight Sports, said: "The event is hugely popular and will attract thousands of people across the country of all ages and abilities. We're looking forward to the challenge of ensuring everyone enjoys themselves."
