Bigmouth's retail department, led by senior strategist Finlay Clark, joined up with HomeSense in the run-up to the retailer's website launch, which has coincided with a series of store openings across Britain this year.
Lyndsay Menzies, managing director of Bigmouthmedia UK, said: "Rising to the challenge of the web has been one of the biggest issues facing the high street in recent years.
"Our knowledge of the pitfalls involved was crucial to winning the contract, and will be aimed at ensuring HomeSense hits the ground running."
The Homesense account is one of a number of wins for Bigmouth, which can now lay claim to more than 300 clients.
Last month, the firm, which has its headquarters in Edinburgh, strengthened its grip on shopping group Arcadia's search marketing account after being appointed to handle paid and natural search for retailer Wallis.
Bigmouthmedia also runs search marketing for six Arcadia brands including Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge, Topman and Topshop.
