Health and fitness app BetterMe has launched an online video and social media challenge to promote body-positivity.

The campaign by Drama Queen includes a film directed by Ben Brand and produced by Yana Teranis that encourages everyone to appreciate their bodies. The production company was tvlab.

As well as the online video manifesto, BetterMe is starting a TikTok challenge, asking people to share their body-positivity vows on social media using the hashtag #VowToMyself.
