This year’s BETT was held at Olympia in January and the show will after more than a decade at Olympia.
102% of stand space from this year’s exhibition has already been rebooked, marking the highest level of rebooking in the show’s 29-year history. The rebooked space comes from 60 per cent of exhibitors at this year’s show.
Organiser Emap Connect expects a 35% increase in stand space for the 2013 exhibition at Excel, incorporating an additional 4400sqm at the new venue.
Debbie French, exhbition director at Emap Connect said the move to Excel will allow BETT to grow and accommodate the fringe events that take place around the show.
"The event has always aimed to inspire visitors, with exhibitors, teachers and event organisers working together to develop targeted content and offer advice, guidance and inspiration," she said. "The additional facilities at Excel enable us to offer a thought provoking experience that reflects the progress of 21st century learning and technology."
BETT 2013 at will run from 30 January to 2 February 2013 at Excel.
