The agency has already approached several high-profile figures with the intention of launching a UK offering later this spring.
Details surrounding the launch have yet to be confirmed. However, it's thought the agency will be separate from Euro RSCG London.
BETC Euro RSCG has been responsible for some of the world's most-awarded campaigns in recent years, including the "rollerbabies" viral for Evian, which made it into the Guinness Book of Records in 2009 after accumulating more than 45 million online views.
The agency also created the "closet" TV spot for Canal+, which was named as 2010's most-awarded film in the world, according to January's The Gunn Report.
BETC Euro RSCG was founded in Paris in 1994 by Remi Babinet and Eric Tong Cuong.
Since its launch, the agency has worked for clients including Air France, Disneyland Paris, Peugeot and Lacoste.
In May last year, Euro RSCG launched BETC Digital, a 160-strong offering that stands alone from the network's main ad agency.
