Beautiful Minds took to the streets of Warwickshire earlier this month to provide feedback on NHS services through regular communications with the public.
The agency's 'survey squads' will be visiting Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Rugby, Nuneaton and Bedworth over the coming weeks to recruit members, conduct surveys and help develop NHS services.
"Particular attention was paid to selecting the right people for this role. It takes a skilled person to be able to approach and engage with members of the public and quickly get over the 'don't stop me' mentality that all of us have," said Beautiful Minds director Lisa Hanson.
"Without being intrusive, staff have the ability to be friendly and outgoing enough to entice people to stop, but also have the capacity to conduct the surveys as quickly as possible in order to get the person on their way and conduct as many surveys as possible in the allotted time," she added.
