
To cope with expected extra network activity and in addition to the free wifi the venue has upgraded its infrastructure to allow up to three times as many individual devices to simultaneously run off of the network as previously possible, and an improved paid support service.
"Venues are sometimes criticised for not listening to the needs of their customers and this clearly demonstrates that we do and have responded accordingly," said BDC chief executive Dominic Jones.
"Our customer’s technological requirements have changed, we have understood this and have evolved our offer. The upgrades to our wireless and broadband infrastructure will provide great added value for our organisers and their visitors."
