The show, to be screened on November 11, sees down-to-earth Goody, who was pregnant at the time, move into the Ingram family home in Wiltshire with the posh Major, his three daughters and their dog.

Ingram's wife Diana moves in with Goody's boyfriend TV presenter, Jeff Brazier, in their flat in Essex, where she is subjected to a night out clubbing, made to down tequila and dance.

Goody made her name as the laughing stock on 'BB3' after a series of ignorant blunders. They included referring to East Anglia as "East Angular", a language called Portuganese and the revelation that Portugal was in Spain.

However, despite her blunders and failing to win, she has been one of the most successful of the 'Big Brother' contestants and has had a steady stream of TV work and workout videos since her appearance on the show last year.

On 'Wife Swap', Goody confronts Major Ingram, who was kicked out of the army, about his cheating on 'Millionaire'.

Major Ingram was famously caught cheating on 'Millionaire' with the help of his wife and another contestant. His story is set to be made into a film.

Goody also tells him to change his image, saying he looks more like 49 than his 39 years.

"If a tracksuit's good enough for David Beckham, it's good enough for you", she told him.

Goody erupts at Ingram after cooking the Sunday lunch for the family. "Well done, you've walked the fucking dog," she said. She also calls Diana Ingram a "stuck-up snob" when she complains about how noisy her and Brazier's lives are.

In the post-swap analysis, both parties had good things to say about the experience, however.

Goody said the Major was "nothing like she imagined him to be".

"I've learned to stop judging people before I meet them," she said.

Ingram admitted that perhaps it is time he and his family loosened up a bit. "We are besotted with timing in this family," he said. "I'm very regimented and I don't want to be."

Since appearing on 'Big Brother 3', Goody has revamped her image and is now a favourite in celebrity magazines such as Heat, in which she has often featured. She has also given birth to a baby boy.
