
Vogt will report to Charlie Snow, the chief strategy officer, who said the new post would help DLKW Lowe "continue to place strategy and innovation at the heart of our business".
He added: "[Anna] will be a key player in the agency. She is a brilliant strategic mind and a team leader who operates at the crossroads of business, creativity and technology."
At BBH, Vogt worked on the Boden, British Airways, Clarks and Tele2 accounts.
In 2014, she was seconded to Monterosa, the BBH-owned mobile technology and innovation shop in Stockholm. Vogt then introduced her mobile tech innovation findings to BBH on her return to the UK.
Before that, Vogt was a planner at Grey between October 2009 and July 2012. She began her career as a WPP fellow in 2006.
