The creative directors Sam Oliver and Shish Patel, who have worked as a team since 1999, will leave BBH in the next couple of months, as will another creative director, Matt Doman.
Details of their departure are still being finalised. It is understood that they do not have jobs to go to.
Oliver and Patel joined BBH from Wieden & Kennedy in 2013. They have also worked at DDB London, where they created the "Parallel Lines" campaign for Philips that won a Grand Prix at Cannes in 2010.
Doman moved to BBH in 2010 from BMB with his creative partner, Ian Heartfield. Previously, at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, they created "noitulove" for Guinness, which won a Film Grand Prix at Cannes in 2006. Heartfield will remain at BBH.
At the end of 2014, BBH made a number of key creative hires. The Ogilvy Brazil executive creative directors behind Dove’s "real beauty sketches", Paco Conde and Beto Fernandez, joined as creative directors. The shop also recruited Joakim Borgström from Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.
Nick Gill, BBH's executive creative director, said: "We're very glad Sam, Shish and Matt are staying with us for the next few months to help us complete some really exciting projects."
