BBH appoints head of client services

Bartle Bogle Hegarty has lured Dominic Stinton back from HHCL & Partners to be its new head of client services.

Stinton, who left BBH in 1998 to become a managing partner at HHCL, first joined BBH in 1994. He spent two years running accounts such as Levi's and Phileas Fogg before leaving for the then fledgling BBH office in Singapore to run Levi's in the region.

Stinton said: "BBH is the best advertising agency in the world, and I'm really excited about going back there. I'm really impressed that it is moving its business on outside traditional advertising, and I'm looking forward to being a part of it again."

BBH's managing director, Gwyn Jones, said: "Dominic is one of the best account men in London. We're just glad he's come back to work with us, and we're looking forward to seeing him drive forward various projects within the agency."

His appointment comes as Penny Herriman and Felicity Ross are promoted to heads of account management. Managing a team of 50 account managers, they will replace Charlie Rudd and Richard Exon, who will run the global Sony Ericsson and the Woolwich and Sandford accounts respectively.

Jones said: "We are in the enviable position of having a wealth of board-level talent running our clients' business from which we can draw. Felicity and Penny step into some very organised and well-respected shoes, and I'm sure they will rise to the challenge of making sure the stars rise through the ranks."
