BBC's Christmas ad reminds people to press pause during the festive season and cherish time with their loved ones.

The two-minute, live-action film tells the story of a mother and her teenage son struggling to spend quality time together amid hectic schedules. But when time suddenly stands still, freezing the surrounding environment and people, the two get the chance to spend a carefree, magical day together by the seaside. The film was created by Xander Hart and Edward Usher at BBC Creative and directed by Sam Brown through Rogue.
