BBC spot portrays major historical bulletins

LONDON - BBC viewers are shown reacting to momentous events in modern history in its latest TV ad.

The spot, produced by RKCR/Y&R, has been made to promote BBC News' mobile service.

It shows viewers reacting to events including the assassination of JFK, the death of Elvis, the release of Nelson Mandela and the 2001 attacks on the World Trade Centre in New York.

The ad finishes with the strapline 'where will you be next time?'
